I won't, since my tolerance for this sort of crap ran out yonks ago and I've largely jumped ship for the much more reliable Python language. Besides, I already left y'all a stack of wisdom-licious free libraries courtesy of AppleMods, so reckon my community dues are already fully paid up.:) Maybe someone else'll feel like some exercise though.
BTW, FWIW there's already a general AppleScript FAQ at macscripter.net. No doubt there's already some useful info there on dealing with AS's 'eccentricities', and I'm sure jj would be happy to take submissions for new content and/or improvements to material already there; maybe start a new section specifically for this topic if there's enough interest.
