Why not just make a folder in /Users/Shared/ and have everyone use that? It's a common path on all Mac OS X machines that every account can access. If you want people to have read/write access to the file, make sure to change the permissions of the file as is appropriate.

Hello everyone,

I need a way to create path to the current users folder that is the same on
every OSX machine.

What I had hoped was that I could use Applescript to mount the current users
folder as a volume or a disk image called "CurrentUser". But I can't find
anyway to do it. I "feel" like this should be possible, perhaps through a
shell script, but I have no idea how to pull that off.

Does anyone have any ideas?
