QXP dictionary ?

Hello,

I need to make a few XPress scripts. It's been a while since I've done
this but I'm not a novice. However in the old days of OS9 and QXP 4.1 you
just had to drag the application icon onto the script editor to get it's
dictionary, now with OSX 10.3.9 and QXP 6.1, it tells me the the
application is not scriptable !?

So my question is, how does one view QXP 6.1 dictionary.

Many thanks.
