Shows that you are currently blocked by 5 blacklists.
The most authoritative looks to have evidence that the mail server has
failed an open relay test:

I'm having similar problems myself with SORBS which is blacklist that
operates a blackmailing service - you need to pay $50 to one of their
recommended charities before they remove you :-(
