How do you get "malicious" from "pathetic"?  Or from "copy protection"? Or
from "undocumented"?

Martin said, very specifically, _and with ornamentation_, that he did not
have a problem with copy protection, so that suggests he doesn't see it as
"malicious".

I believe that you, alone, have used the words "deliberate malfeasance" and
"malicious".

Additionally, and for the record, Martin never said this either:

Programmers are not programming.  The company is not programming.


How can anyone ever respond to you if you continually change the definitions
of words or introduce and debate phrases that no one has uttered?
