You're confused. The US constitution says that government may not interfere with free speech. US business is not government and may restrict speech within its enterprise pretty much as it wishes.


Countries like yours and mine have no constitutional limits on government, so (for instance) the Canadian government can pass laws subjecting its citizens to jail time for saying things that the politically correct crowd find offensive.
