Even that is not an unlimited right. It really, (although alas, too many US
citizens think otherwise) only applies to political speech. There are
restrictions, ala the "Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater" one, or the fact
that if you make a threat against a government official's life, particularly
the president, you're going to find out just how rude the Secret Service can
be.
