I have posted an update to my Script Menu/Keyboard Shortcut utility, FastScripts:

Most significant in this release is the addition of "BBEdit style" menu organization. Menu items can be custom-sorted based on characters encoded at the beginning of a script or folder's name.

For those of you unfamiliar with FastScripts, the aim continue to be providing a system-wide mechanism for organizing and executing scripts as efficiently as possible. If you're serious about scripting on the Mac, this utility might be right up your alley.
