The problem here is that you also need to include the email system. If
you're talking about a strictly RFC compliant system, that's *relatively*
simple. However, if you're getting into things like
Exchange/Domino/Groupwise/etc., then the address form can take almost
anything, especially if you add older clients in the mix. At that point, if
it's legible, it'll work.
Is this list for importing TO a server or FROM a server? What is the list
being used for, and what server environment is this for? The 'validity' of
the addresses depends on the environment.
