Now I remember. It was a an 'out of sight out of mind problem'. I
didn't want that extra window and application using up space. The
menu was more elegant. So I had forgotten about it completely.
And I had tried a script which didn't work. It turns out it was
simpler than expected.
Tell appli bla blah to connect.
Well, there you go.
It would be useful if I could access the 'Connect' and 'Disconnect'
commands from the popup menu for the app when it's in the dock. Else
I'll just write in a Hide command to get it out of the way.
There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.
