Jepp! The first time I got spam / virus Mails I rejected them
(bounced) back to the sender address. Many of the windows viruses/
worms/wtf step through the local address book from outlook and mail
the junk to every user with a random address from address book as
sender address :-(
Maybe there is somebody infected with Bernardo's mail address in his
address book and someone else from this list is receiving the mails.
So don't blame Bernardo, he's probably a victim, too!
Calm down!

Here guys, has anyone ever heard of spoofing? Well, you can send an
email and say it is from whom ever you wish, there is no limit or
rule on it (if you know how sendmail works).
I would say that some SPAM agent is harvesting email addresses from
this list and pretending that it came from users on the list. You
can tell the difference if you look at the header of an email -
this will indicate from what IP address the email came from. So
please be careful about this before you accuse anyone of sending
spam - it's an old trick used for many years now so just be aware
of it.
All the same .Mac and Mail.app should have better email filtering.
