Sorry, folks. My intention obviously wasn't to provoke this nonsense. I
didn't ask anyone not to top-post - though I'd personally prefer it if
they didn't. (This is, after all, a discussion forum, not personal
chit-chat. It helps if threads are easily followable.) I was merely
asking that people remember to prune obsolete quotes and signatures from
their messages. This isn't from lack of chutzpah, but from a legitimate
choice to receive the digest version of this list. If you don't have the
stamina to scroll to the end of an e-mail, don't force others to scroll
past your own junk.
