I'm betting there is a plist somewhere that would allow settings to
apply to new windows.
You don't need to set a pList. You can open a few terminal windows,
position them where you want, set the size to what you want, set
other settings to whatever you want, then do File>Save and save your
custom settings in a file in CustomShell in the Documents folder. For
the "What to save" popup you pick "all windows" from the list, then
when you launch terminal they all come up the way you have them set.
I get three terminal windows when I launch Terminal, they are located
where I want them, and two are white text on black, one is green text
on black.
