I saw earlier in the list archives that 3-4 of you think that there is a bug in setting the zoomed boolean in (finder) windows. Any resolution or work around for this? I just spend about 6 hours futzing with scripts with that problem, thinking it was me... :P

Any word from Apple on a possible fix?
