Are you talking about Applescript Studio? In which case, it ought to be
possible to do it, but you'd need to check the Cocoa/QuickTime api for
more information.

QuickTime player does not expose the note player to Applescript.

If you can somehow hack together a MIDI file, you can get QuickTime to
open it, or if you have an instrument track you cna get QuickTime to
export as MIDI, but actually creating the music data in the first place is
not directly supported by any Applescript tools that I know of.
