Mail and Safari's Cmd + and Cmd -

Both Safari and Mail have menu items to make a window's text larger or smaller.

I can't find anything in their dictionaries that would make these features scriptable. UI scripting could issue the commands but there wouldn't be any way to know how large/small a window was.

Anyone have any ideas ?
