As other people have mentioned, as of Tiger the system wide script
menu now takes the place of ones in individual applications.
Unfortunately you don't seem to be able to assign keyboard shortcuts
in there.
Apart from this limitation, I think it's an improvement: no point
having two script menus when one will do. Most of the Tiger apps
(like Mail and iTunes) will actually drop their own script menu if
there's no scripts in the old application-specific locations.
The improved system script menu can be told to display application-
specific scripts at the top of the menu. Just use 'Open Scripts
Folder' -> 'Open <application> Scripts Folder' to create some.
