Yes, I am talking about a mounted read/write disk image. I am using AppleScript to delete some files on the disk image. The Finder puts these deleted files into the trash on the disk image (into the hidden .Trashes folder on the disk image). I want the Finder to empty the trash on the disk image to make room for new files to be copied on the disk image.
