Steve stated the dynamic recompilation technology used in Mac OS X for Intel
is named 'Rosetta' and implied it was built in-house.

That's not to say that it isn't licensed or based on Transitive technologies
(they do seem to have some edge in that field), but Apple aren't advertising
that part.
