AFAICT, you can't change the zoomed state of windows by using a zoomed-type
command, you can only ascertain whether they're resizable, zoomable,
zoomed, zoomed full size, or collapsed (they all have r/o boolean values).
Once you find out those values, then you use System Events to click the
appropriate menu bar item/button for the process (zoom or minimize) if it
exists.
