Don't know. My original script had the launch Keychain Access line and when
I ran it, Keychain Scripting also launched (as shown in Activity Monitor),
but engineering said to try launching it explicitly. I did, but had the
order reversed and still got the error. Set it up so Keychain Scripting
launched before Access and it worked. I haven't tried mine w/o the Access
launch. It works and, after getting the data, I conclude with quitting both
Keychain apps.
