Terminal scripting is a little funky. Your best bet is to skip it and make
some custom *.term files. You can do some pretty cool tricks with them. As
XML files remember they inherit all missing elements from the Terminal
Window Class. Put another way, any explicit declaration in a *.term file
overrides the default Terminal.
This means you can open your saved .term file and edit it in a UNIX editor.
You can delete all XML that you want general control over in "Window
Settings" and just customize individual elements such as ExecutionString,
TextColors or CustomTitle. Put your *.term files in
~/Library/Application\ Support/Terminal
And launch them with an Applescript.
