My fault - it's not.  pstopdf is, but for the reverse trip I had to
grab the tools from xpdf.

Not sure.  Haven't used that package since switching from Windows a
couple of years ago, and then only to convert DXF drawings to PDF (or
vice versa, can't 'member, don't want to ;-) ).
