new todo in iCal

ok i give up...

how do I create a new Todo in iCal? Everything I am trying doesn't work. here is my latest failed attempt


tell application "iCal"

set nT to make new todo at calendar "Work" with properties {summary:"TEST"}

end tell

any help would be appreciated.
