Not without a third party script runner/hot key manager, AFAIK (but there
are plenty of them around).

It's disappointing that OS X's facility for assigning keyboard shortcuts to
menu items does not extend to cover the Script Menu (not in Panther, at any
rate ­ have things changed in Tiger?)
