Automating adding to buddy lists in iChat?

We're an office of 20 who use iChat, both via Rendevous and AIM.
Is there any way to automate the process of populating everyone's
AIM buddy list, rather than manually adding buddies one by one?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
