Possible Problem One:  Qwest Technicians

Yesterday, at the copy shop, I had this exchange:

She: Can I help you?
Me: Can I get this blown up to tabloid size.
She: Tabloids?

Me: Sorry. Tabloid sized paper.
She: (with extra emphasis) Tabloids?  We don't do that.

(From the small office behind the counter, a head comes 'round.)

It:  Helen, big paper.
She: Ooohhh, Big Paper! Okay. I thought you meant tabloids.
