I believe that information is stored in the
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.AutoWake.plist. The
other energy saver setting are in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/
com.apple.PowerManagement.plist. How you invoke those via the defaults
Terminal command is not clear at all. If the Energy Saver is UI aware, then
you might get at it that way.
