No, Gnarlie's right. This has changed recently from a system-wide 'note'
icon to an app specific icon. Useful if you need to know which app is
displaying the dialog, but a pain for those who liked the old reliable
talkie face.
Running 'display dialog' with icon '1' or 'note' inside a tell block
displays the told application's icon. Without a tell block it displays the
icon of the app running the script (eg. dragthing, script debugger, or the
generic app icon used by system events when run from the script menu).
Users of 24U appearance osax ('display better dialog') still have the option
of choosing 'note', 'stop' or 'caution' icons.
