Reading every line of a long file takes a long time with applescript.
How long is a long file? If it's only a few megabytes, read it all and
extract the text from it in AS.
I'll give that a go using TIDs.
It's /usr/share/dict/web2 and it's 2.3MB. I tried splitting it by words
and by paragraphs and both these methods caused errors or terrible
slowness on the G4 that I was sitting at.
