As has suggested, "selection" should do it. Keep in mind that it
returns a list (well, actually it's a property that looks like a
list; you have to use "get the selection" to get a list) because
there can be more than one person selected. If more than one person
is selected, the first one is the one displayed in the address book.
Fortunately, this is also the one that is returned by "item 1".
