Even without the icon.

The limit is 2047 lines; the dialog goes blank at 2048 lines. This is with a 17" wide monitor set to 1440 by 900 pixels. I didn't try it at any other resolution.

But the buttons are there; they react to the enter and return keys-- they're just not visible on the monitor. But then again at 2047 lines, 53 lines of text are visible with the buttons nowhere in sight, but still working.
