This script makes a bug OMM:

set x to ""
repeat with i from 1 to 2200
	set x to x & "hello world, line " & i & return
end repeat
display dialog x with icon 2

Instead of displaying the cool and welcoming text that I wrote, with a nice pair of buttons in the bottom, the script makes (when the string is long enough) a white display and no button.

I think this is only in Tiger.

I see a variation of that problem here: OSX 10.3.9

I get the icon and the buttons but no text.
