No, Shane meant more or less what he said. Find a Mac with 10.3.x on it, and
drag Image Capture Scripting over Script Editor (it's an app there too, but
in the ScriptingAdditions folder). Note the commands, including scale and
rotate, and the image properties. All that stuff is available in Image
Events (it was in 10.3.x too), so Image Capture Scripting became essentially
redundant.
Perhaps someone forgot to remove it, or perhaps it's been kept because
something else relies on it but the intention is for it go away.
