I wouldn't phrase it that way myself: it makes it sound as if it's OSA itself that's at fault (which I'm sure isn't your intention). The blame totally lies with badly designed and/or documented applications.

OSA is just the bridge between languages and applications, and, if anything, the best designed and most robust part of the whole arrangement. [1]
