OT: Here we go with another ridiculous OS X question

not particularly AppleScript related, other than I'd like a way to
automate the fix if there's no CLI . . .

How can I control what application the Finder launches when I
double-click on a given filetype? I installed NeoOffice/J, and for
some reason it registered itself as a handler for SVG files, even
though it doesn't have any component to actually handle them. I would
like to change that...
