Select SVG item...File/Get Info(or command I)/Open with:/select correct application/Change All...

How can I control what application the Finder launches when I
double-click on a given filetype?  I installed NeoOffice/J, and for
some reason it registered itself as a handler for SVG files, even
though it doesn't have any component to actually handle them.  I would
like to change that...
