Scripting Eudora is a bear, but I notice that the modification date of attachments is within a few minutes of the time given in the mail. Further, Eudora Mailboxes are stored as appended text files, so the email and the "attachment converted" follow one another in that file with a complete path to the attachment. It might be easier to just go after the mail file directly.

Eudora's filters have an option to "move attachments to" and you can certainly filter on the contents of the subject line.
I donno if it's accessible via AppleScript.
