yeah, I didn't want to labour it but my left arm is in chronic pain and that creeps over the shoulder during each day, and the worst thing for it is the mouse-work with the right...it's a real pain, literally and the less I use the mouse, the less it hurts! iListen with Applescript has lessened the need for it, but I'm still unable to even remember 'normal' operation. And I use the 'old' find many many times a day. Hopefully Matt's suggestions will work ok for me.
