It took me a while to find this because I was working under the
misapprehension that it had appeared on an Apple mailing list, but perhaps
it is related.
The format of the listing is different under the current OS. Anyway,
regardless of accessibility settings, I would certainly like to have an app
that would let me override the built-in security settings and turn off the
first time launch alert for a list of frequently used apps. Who wouldn't?
