Folks,

We have a small handful of the new Intel macs coming in and we’ve run into a problem.  We build ASR images to deploy machines around to our faculty, staff and computer labs, and have discovered that we cannot boot with our existing 10.4.6 firewire drives.  I’ve read from another board a fiddle to make an iPod boot one of these new macs, but is there any workaround for FW drives?  Please advise.
