The "text" version of the special folder ("cusr", "docs") - which is _not_
the same thing as raw code - dates from a time when there were fewer
"official" path to enumerations. It was a way that Apple testers could make
it work, and update it, with any "special" folders, and it still works. But
it's no different than the (new or old) official enumerations in the 'path
to' dictionary entry when one exists.
