I don't use AS much but I seem to recall that one could read an

I have a Cocoa app which has all kinds of scriptability but I
cannot open its dictionary by either of the above methods.
Is there some special way to read a Cocoa app dictionary?
Yes, there is!
After Cocoa, at least until few months ago, you had to had an app
that explicitly contained the line "NSAppleScriptEnabled" and the
tag "Yes" in its info.plist file to have it opened by dragging it
into the SE icon. One way to do that, is to copy this line from
another app and paste it on the info.plist of the app you want.
Isn't that for Carbon apps? Cocoa apps don't have the ability to Show
Package Contents the way Carbon apps, do, do they? How does one gain
access to the info.plist of a Cocoa app?
