Thanks for the idea. I have to admit that Microsoft's help function sometimes gives really useful info (compare and contrast with Apple's offering }:-o ).

While I've scripted Word on more than one occasion, in this instance I'll be looking at the wonderful Smile first. (Is there anything Smile doesn't do? I've used it for Regular Expressions and now I find out it does graphics stuff too!).

What's the best method for applying text to a curved path? If it's at all possible, I'd like to use something like Image Events rather than Illustrator for speed and volume reasons.
