Scripting menu commands in Adobe Acrobat

I’m kinda stuck.  I have a folder action that I’m setting up to keep a directory of PDF’s updated.  The moving and updating is finally happening, but I need to be able to open the file(s) using Acrobat as some of them are needing to be merged and ALL of them need page security reset to prevent them from being changed.   Any ideas on how to approach coding the Menu commands on Acrobat would be much appreciated!
