Well, you could put the script in the scripts folder. Navigate to
the Library folder of your user folder. If there's not a folder
named Scripts in it, create one. If there's not a folder named
Applications in the Scripts folder, create one. If there's not a
folder named Mail in that Applications folder, create one. Then put
the compiled script (not text file and not script application) in
that Mail folder.
If there isn't an Applescript menu in your menu bar, run the
Applescript Utility application. On my machine it's in the
Applescript folder in the Applications folder. Click the "Show
Script Menu in menu bar" checkbox.
Then all you will need to do is select the script from the Script
menu to move the message.
