Good night Michelle,

The person who wrote the text. Most of the documents are written in
Word at a PC, before saving, the author is added to the properties set
from there, and then sent to Macs via bluetooth.

What I generally do is this: I created a smartfolder by author, then
stop if input is empty, and the converting and renaming, bla bla bla.
