Good night Michelle,

The person who wrote the text. Most of the documents are written in
Word at a PC, before saving, the author is added to the properties set
from there, and then sent to Macs via bluetooth.

I can't help you with that then, I don't have Word, so I don't have its Applescript dictionary.
