I think the hardest part is using the terminology of applications,
which are implemented by the applications and vary widely in breadth,
depth and consistency, and which are inconsistently documented. i.e.,
AppleScript can't be held responsible for what every application
developer out there does ;-)
I'd like to hear (on the list--please don't send me questions and
complaints directly) specific issues that make using AppleScript
difficult, especially regarding the language itself. (Please start a
new subject if you do post.)
