Paul,
I have an Intel Mac. The SIT archive included three files:
GetMilliSec.68K
GetMilliSec.PPC
GetMilliSec.osax
I ignored the 68K and PPC versions. I made the ScriptingAdditions folder in ~/Library then copied GetMilliSec.osax to it. When I made the folder, I didn't do anything special; just used [New Folder] in the Finder. I am not sure what else needs to be done to make "a proper ScriptingAdditions folder in ~/Library/."
